Each project begins with an agreed scope: pages, features and deliverables. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work starts.

Clear, fair terms for how we scope, build, deliver and support your website project.
Quotations and payments
Quotations are valid for 30 days. Projects typically begin after an initial deposit, with the balance due before launch unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Client materials
You are responsible for supplying content, images and brand assets you own or are licensed to use, and for confirming their accuracy before publication.
Revisions
A reasonable number of revision rounds is included at the design and development stages. Substantial direction changes after approval are treated as new scope.
Timelines
Estimated timelines assume timely feedback and content delivery. Delays in either can move the launch date.
Ownership
On final payment, ownership of the delivered website design and code transfers to you. We may reference the work as a portfolio piece unless you ask us not to.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, plugins and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and pricing, and are billed by those providers.
Support and liability
We support the delivered work and fix defects we introduced. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for issues caused by third-party services or later edits made by others.
